Cabin Accommodation Queensland

Staying in a Cabin Accommodation on a Caravan Park gives you the best of both worlds. Not only do you get to enjoy the many and varied facilities a Caravan Park has to offer, including a friendly holiday atmosphere, you also get the comforts of home.

There are many different styles of Cabin Accommodation available to suit couples or families. They range from large open plan styles with the bed in the main living area or you can choose a cabin with 1,2 or 3 bedrooms depending on your individual needs. Many Caravan Parks supply linen for your convenience. This can include bedlinen and towels.

All Cabin Accommodation have parking facilities for your vehicle.

Ensuite cabins provide bathroom facilities under the main roof. These facilities include shower, toilet and wash basin. Some even have a spa bath! This ends the cold trek to the amenities block in the middle of the night!

Kitchen and cooking facilities are included with most cabins offering hot plates, microwaves and/or ovens. All are equipped with fridges. Kitchens are stocked with an assortment of crockery, cutlery and other kitchen utensils. Washing up liquid and tea towels are supplied.

Cabins may have a living area with lounge chairs and dining table. Most cabins have heating and cooling depending on their location in Australia. Some parks provide outside table settings and barbeque facilities located nearby.

Cabin alternative wins Aussie family vote!!

Throughout Australia caravan parks with cabins now cater for more families than any other form of accommodation.

There is no doubt that families prefer two and three bedroom style cabin accommodation rather than the traditional studio motel rooms.

Now better quality caravan and tourist parks right round Australia have clean self contained cabins that supply all linen, blankets and towels and are priced at less than $100 per night for two people.

Caravan parks have found they can compete easily with the motel and apartment style accommodation and the guests like the relaxed caravan park lifestyle.

Across Queensland new quality cabins now include separate bedrooms, spa, separate toilet and bathroom, full cooking facilities and big screen TV as part of the extensive creature comforts.

The park industry sets its own high standards and Australians and international visitors respond to this service commitment. Park chains are particularly popular as they offer a predictable standard of comfort, cost and service, usually reinforced by discounts and other benefits.

The first question when you book a cabin in a caravan park is: What are you getting?

There are plenty of options, but for most people the decision is driven by comfort and convenience, Ben Rosser of West Australian Caravan, Tourist and Holiday Parks says.

Cost is a big consideration for travellers but it is extremely manageable in a competitive industry. Now you can stay between clean, white sheets in good self-contained facilities for $100 a double or less throughout Australia.

If you are on the move a good bed and quick self-contained cabin convenience can come down to $90 or less a double a night. More than likely dinner will be eaten out or brought in from the nearby takeaway.

It really is a form of open plan living that suits the need. At this price a majority of operators supply linen and bedding in the main bedroom. But in some parks it may be necessary to hire linen for additional bedrooms or supply your own.

Cabin stays are shaped around transit areas and destinations. There are areas which have caravan parks that have guests who only ever stay one night because they are heading for a destination. Throughout Australia location is a key factor in longer stays in caravan parks and cabins.

Queensland accommodation is as varied as our expansive State. Thousands of options mean you can find a place to rest, tailor-made to your holiday expectations.

Sip on freshly brewed coffee on your balcony overlooking the ocean, relax by the pool then soothe away cares with an indulgent massage. Sweep from your resort room past landscaped gardens for gourmet dining. Or be welcomed into a Bed & Breakfast where local hosts offer inside knowledge on a destination. Then there's farmstays where you can catch a glimpse into rural Outback living. Or if you’d rather enjoy a night on the water, spend your time on a live aboard boat or houseboat. Whatever your penchant, you'll find it in Queensland!
